White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake creamy, luscious, and perfectly sweet with fresh strawberries and decadent white chocolate! Here’s a detailed recipe to make this showstopper dessert:

🍰 WHITE CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

Serves: 12

Prep Time: 30 minutes | Chill Time: 4+ hours


Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 full crackers)

  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup sour cream or heavy cream

  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

For the Topping:

  • ½ cup sliced fresh strawberries

  • White chocolate shavings or curls (optional)


Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crust:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined.

  • Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove and let cool.

2. Melt the White Chocolate:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

3. Make the Filling:

  • Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  • Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream (or heavy cream).

  • Slowly fold in melted white chocolate until fully combined.

  • Gently fold in chopped strawberries.

4. Bake the Cheesecake:

  • Pour filling over the cooled crust.

  • Bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 50-60 minutes, until the edges are set but the center still slightly jiggles.

  • Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour (prevents cracking).

5. Chill:

  • Remove from oven, cool completely at room temperature.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

6. Add Toppings:

  • Before serving, top with sliced fresh strawberries and white chocolate shavings.


Tips:

  • Use room temperature ingredients for smooth batter.

  • For extra strawberry flavor, you can swirl strawberry puree into the filling before baking.

  • To prevent cracking, avoid overbaking and use the oven-cooling method.
