🧾 Ingredients
For the Shells:
12 jumbo pasta shells
1½ cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
½ cup ricotta cheese
½ cup mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1½ cups whole milk (warm)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
🥣 Instructions
1. Cook the Shells:
Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix:
Chopped lobster
Ricotta, mascarpone, Parmesan
Lemon juice & zest
Parsley, garlic
Salt and pepper
Mix well until creamy and combined.
3. Make the Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
