Lobster stuffed shells

Here’s a delicious and elegant Lobster Stuffed Shells recipe perfect for a special dinner or indulgent comfort food moment.

🦞 Lobster Stuffed Shells Recipe

Cook Time: 30 minutes

🧾 Ingredients

For the Shells:

12 jumbo pasta shells

1½ cups cooked lobster meat, chopped

½ cup ricotta cheese

½ cup mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1½ cups whole milk (warm)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

🥣 Instructions

1. Cook the Shells:

Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool under cold water. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Filling:

In a bowl, mix:

Chopped lobster

Ricotta, mascarpone, Parmesan

Lemon juice & zest

Parsley, garlic

Salt and pepper
Mix well until creamy and combined.

3. Make the Sauce:

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in warm milk. Cook until thickened, about 4–5 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan, nutmeg (optional), salt, and pepper.

Remove from heat.

4. Assemble:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spread a little sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Fill each pasta shell with lobster mixture and place in the dish.

Pour remaining sauce over the shells.

5. Bake:

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden.

6. Serve:

Garnish with extra parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired.

📝 Tips:

Add a bit of cooked spinach or sautéed shallots to the filling for extra flavor.

Serve with garlic bread and a green salad for a full meal.
