🍋🧄 Garlic Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail on or off)

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (plus more for serving)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Lemon slices, for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prep the Baking Dish
    Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with foil for easy cleanup.

  3. Arrange Shrimp
    Lay the shrimp in a single layer in the dish.

  4. Make the Sauce
    In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the shrimp.

  5. Bake
    Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, opaque, and just cooked through. Don’t overcook!

  6. Garnish & Serve
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Serve hot with:

    • Crusty bread or rice

    • Pasta tossed in olive oil or butter

    • Over a salad or zucchini noodles for low-carb


📝 Tips:

  • Use jumbo shrimp for a meatier bite.

  • Add white wine (1–2 tbsp) for extra depth.

  • Toss with angel hair pasta and parmesan for a full meal.
