Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Here’s a super simple and comforting recipe for Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna perfect for busy days when you want a hearty, cheesy, no-fuss meal with minimal prep. It’s a shortcut version of lasagna using frozen ravioli instead of layering pasta, sauce, and ricotta from scratch.


🍝 Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna Recipe

🍽 Serves: 6–8

🍲 Cook Time: 3–4 hours on LOW


βœ… Ingredients:

  • 1 (25 oz) bag frozen ravioli (cheese or meat-filled)

  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (optional, for a meatier dish)

  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Optional: chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish

  1. Cook the meat (if using):
    In a skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Mix in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer 2–3 minutes.

  2. Layer in the Crockpot:

    • Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.

    • Add a thin layer of sauce to the bottom.

    • Place a single layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce.

    • Spoon some sauce over ravioli.

    • Sprinkle with mozzarella and a little parmesan.

    • Repeat layers (ravioli β†’ sauce β†’ cheese) until everything is used, ending with cheese on top.

  3. Cook:

    • Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or until bubbly and hot.

  4. Serve:

    • Let it sit 10–15 minutes before serving.

    • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.

  • Vegetarian? Skip the meat and add sautΓ©ed spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini between layers.

  • Spicy? Use hot Italian sausage and add red pepper flakes.

  • Extra cheesy? Add a dollop of ricotta or cottage cheese between layers.
