  • Butter – 2 tbsp

For the creamy sauce:

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced

  • Mushrooms – 2 cups, sliced (button or cremini)

  • Spinach – 3 cups fresh (roughly chopped)

  • Chicken broth – 1 cup

  • Heavy cream – 1 cup (or fresh cream / cooking cream)

  • Parmesan cheese – Β½ cup, grated (optional but recommended)

  • Italian seasoning – 1 tsp (or mix oregano, basil, thyme)

  • Red chili flakes – Β½ tsp (optional, for heat)

  • Salt & black pepper – to taste


🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare & Cook the Chicken

  1. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder.

  2. Dredge lightly in flour, shaking off excess.

  3. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil + 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Cook chicken cutlets for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove to a plate and keep warm.


2. Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp butter.

  2. SautΓ© garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Add the mushrooms, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook 5–6 minutes until browned.

  4. Stir in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan. Simmer 2 minutes.

  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, then add heavy cream. Stir well.

  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until sauce thickens slightly (3–4 minutes).

  7. Add the spinach and cook until just wilted.


3. Combine

  • Return chicken to the skillet.

  • Spoon sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2–3 minutes to let flavors blend.


4. Serve

  • Garnish with extra Parmesan, parsley, or chili flakes.

  • Serve hot with:
