1 cup hot water

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or ½ teaspoon dried ginger)

1 tablespoon honey (preferably raw)

½ teaspoon turmeric powder (optional, for anti-inflammatory effect)

1 teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

A pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
Directions:

Boil Water: Heat 1 cup of water until it’s hot but not boiling.

Add Ginger: Add grated ginger to the hot water and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.

Mix in Honey & Lemon: Add honey and lemon juice to the tea. Stir well.

Add Turmeric & Black Pepper (Optional): Mix in turmeric powder and a pinch of black pepper for added anti-inflammatory and mucus-thinning effects.

Drink Warm: Sip the tea slowly while it’s warm.
