Ingredients:

2–3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs (optional topping)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Cook Broccoli & Rice (if using)

If using fresh broccoli: steam or microwave until just tender (about 2–3 mins).

If using frozen: thaw and drain excess moisture.
