🌯 Cheesy Quesarito (Taco Bell Style)
🧂 Ingredients:
For the seasoned beef:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade — see below)
Taco seasoning (optional homemade blend):

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp cumin
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp onion powder
-
1/4 tsp oregano
-
1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste
For the quesadilla base:

2 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
-
2 tbsp nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
For the Quesarito filling:

1/2 cup cooked seasoned rice (white rice with a squeeze of lime & chopped cilantro)

1/2 cup seasoned ground beef (from above)
-
2 tbsp sour cream
-
2 tbsp shredded cheddar (optional)
🔥 Instructions:
1. Make the seasoned beef:

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

Drain excess fat.

Stir in water and taco seasoning.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
2. Make the quesadilla:

Lay one tortilla flat in a skillet over medium heat.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly across it.

Add a second tortilla on top.

Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and melty.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then lay flat for assembly.
3. Assemble the Quesarito:

In the center of the cheesy quesadilla, layer:

A scoop of seasoned rice

Ground beef
-
Nacho cheese sauce
-
Sour cream
-
Extra shredded cheese if desired

4. Wrap it up:

Fold the sides in, then roll it up like a burrito.

Optional: Place the rolled Quesarito seam-side down in the skillet and lightly toast again for a crispier finish.
