🕒 Marinate: Minimum 1 hour (up to 24 hours for max flavor)


✅ Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best)

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional, adds depth)

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic (about 3 cloves)

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (or honey for natural sweetness)

  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional heat)

  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or thyme

  1. Mix Marinade:

    • In a medium bowl or large zip-top bag, whisk together all ingredients until combined.

  2. Add Steak:

    • Place steak(s) in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the meat and ensure it’s fully coated.

    • Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally 6–12 hours, up to 24 hours max.

  3. Cook Steak:

    • Remove steak from marinade and let it rest at room temp for 20–30 minutes before cooking.

    • Grill, pan-sear, or broil to your desired doneness.

    • Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
