Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites with Chocolate Chips a healthy treat perfect for warm days or a post-workout snack.


🧁 Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites with Chocolate Chips

✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

  • A pinch of sea salt (optional)

  • Mini muffin tin or silicone molds


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix the Base:

    • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.

    • Stir until smooth and well combined.

  2. Add Chocolate:

    • Fold in mini chocolate chips and sea salt, if using.

  3. Spoon into Molds:

    • Scoop about 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture into each cavity of a mini muffin tin or silicone mold.

    • Tap the tray to level the tops.

  4. Freeze:

    • Place in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely frozen.

  5. Store:

    • Once frozen, pop the bites out of the mold and store in a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag.

    • Keep in the freezer and enjoy straight from there!


📝 Tips & Variations:

  • Add crushed graham crackers or granola for a bit of crunch.

  • Use almond butter or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.

  • Top each bite with a single chocolate chip or a sprinkle of sea salt for presentation.

  • For extra protein, mix in a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
