Posted on July 31, 2025

Here’s a quick and addictively tasty snack: Garlic Ritz Snacks. These are buttery, garlicky, and great for parties, game days, or just a savory bite between meals. You only need a few pantry staples!

🧄 Garlic Ritz Snacks

🕒 Ready in 10–15 Minutes | 🍽️ Serves a crowd (about 30 crackers)

Ingredients:

  • 1 sleeve (about 30) Ritz crackers

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or more to taste)

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)

  • 1–2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Pinch of salt, to taste (if butter is unsalted)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Make Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese. Add herbs if using.

  3. Coat the Crackers:

    • Place Ritz crackers in a large mixing bowl.

    • Drizzle the garlic butter over them and toss gently with a spatula or your hands to coat evenly.

  4. Bake:

    • Spread crackers in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    • Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until lightly golden and fragrant. Keep an eye on them—they crisp up fast!

  5. Cool & Serve:
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy warm or at room temperature.

🔄 Variations:

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.

  • Use ranch seasoning instead of garlic powder for a fun twist.

  • Turn them into little sandwich snacks with a spread of cream cheese or pepper jelly between two crackers.
