- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
For the Roasted Asparagus:
- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, or a mix)
🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:

5. Bake:
- Bake chicken and asparagus for 15–20 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internal temperature.
- In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese over the asparagus and return to the oven until melted and bubbly.
6. Serve:
- Plate the chicken with the cheesy roasted asparagus.
- Spoon any extra sauce from the pan over the chicken.
🍽️ Optional Add-Ons:
