PILLSBURY BISCUIT GARLIC BUTTER CHEESE BOMBS

Serves: About 8 bombs

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Bake Time: 12–15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough (like flaky layers or buttermilk biscuits)

  • 8 small mozzarella cheese sticks or 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)

  • Salt, to taste

  • Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Assemble the Bombs:

    • Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each one into a circle (about 4 inches diameter).

    • Place a piece of mozzarella (or a small handful of shredded cheese) in the center of each circle.

    • Gather the edges up and pinch tightly to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.

  4. Coat with Garlic Butter:

    • Dip each cheese ball into the garlic butter mixture, making sure they are well coated.

    • Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffy.

  6. Final Brush:
Optional: Brush with any remaining garlic butter right after baking for extra flavor.

  7. Serve:
Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips:

  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor but garlic powder works in a pinch.

  • For a twist, add a small piece of pepperoni or cooked bacon inside with the cheese.

  • These are best served immediately while gooey and melty!
