Here’s a delicious and indulgent recipe for Golden Garlic Chicken Bites over Creamy Parmesan Pasta—a comforting, crowd-pleasing meal perfect for dinner nights. 🍝🍗


🍗 Golden Garlic Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for coating)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional for coating)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or butter (for pan-frying)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prep chicken: In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan (if using).
  2. Coat chicken: Toss chicken pieces in the seasoned flour until evenly coated.
  3. Cook: Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add chicken in batches. Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Set aside: Once cooked, place chicken on a plate lined with paper towels.

🍝 Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg or red pepper flakes for depth

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta: According to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. Make sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add cream: Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Melt cheese: Stir in Parmesan until sauce is smooth. Use reserved pasta water to loosen if needed.
  5. Combine: Add drained pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.

🥄 To Serve:

  1. Plate the creamy pasta.
  2. Top with crispy golden garlic chicken bites.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley, more Parmesan, and cracked black pepper.

💡 Tips:

  • Add sautéed spinach, mushrooms, or peas to the pasta for extra veggies.
  • Make it spicy with crushed red pepper flakes or a drizzle of chili oil.
  • For extra garlic flavor, roast garlic and mash it into the sauce.
