1. Cheek Puff Exercise

Purpose: Tones cheeks and improves overall facial muscle tone.
How to Do:

  1. Take a deep breath and fill your cheeks with air.

  2. Move the air from one cheek to the other slowly.

  3. Repeat 10–15 times per session.
    Tip: Smile gently while doing this to engage more muscles.


2. Fish Face (Puffer Lips)

How to Do:

  1. Stick your tongue out as far as possible.

  2. Try touching your nose with your tongue.

  3. Hold for 10 seconds, then relax.

  4. Repeat 5–10 times.

6. Neck Roll

How to Do:

  1. Sit or stand with your spine straight.

  2. Slowly rotate your head in a circular motion.

  3. Do 5 circles clockwise, then 5 counterclockwise.

7. Blowing Air Exercise

How to Do:

  1. Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling.

  2. Blow air out from your mouth, moving your jaw up and down.

  3. Repeat 10–15 times.
